Colombia Támara Castillo is a specialty washed coffee from the historic municipality of Támara in Casanare, Colombia. Grown at 1,400 masl by various smallholder farms, this Castillo variety delivers a clean, smooth, and approachable cup. It offers comforting notes of hazelnut, black cherry, and chocolate, finishing sweet with delicate low acidity and a smooth body. Támara, often called the “Balcony of the Plains,” is known for its mild climate, Andean foothill terroir, and heritage coffee production, making this lot a refined Colombian single-origin choice for everyday specialty coffee brewing.
