Subscriptions are billed automatically based on your schedule before each shipment. If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry; your order processes only after successful payment.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via the “Manage Subscription” section of your account. You can have multiple subscriptions at once, but pause or skip options are not available.
